Our Coronavirus Safety Measrues

The staff at PPCA is taking precautionary safety steps to keep our offices and waiting room as clean as possible.

If you prefer to avoid coming to the office for a face-to-face session you have the choice to schedule a Telehealth session using your computer. Also, there is an option to have a session by phone.

Below we have listed some of our steps:

Please wash your hands before your session and so will we.

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after you have been in a public
  • place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
  • If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer.
  • When using a hand sanitizer, cover all surfaces of your hands and rub them together until they feel dry.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.

Avoid close contact with other people.

  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  • We honor putting distance between ourselves, staff and clients.
  • Stay home if you are sick and we will too.

Follow these recommendations to cover coughs and sneezes.

  • Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze or use the inside of your elbow.
  • Throw used tissues in the trash.
  • Immediately wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not readily available, clean your hands with a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
  • We require the wearing of face masks per the governor's orders.  We will adapt our policies as directed by the CDC and the Governor's office.
  • PPCA cleans AND disinfects frequently touched surfaces daily. This includes the waiting room and office tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, and sinks.
